Pageant Resale's Terms and Conditions

1. We are not responsible for buyers who change their minds or do not pay. Do not ship items until you have received payment!
2. Pageant Resale is not responsible for items that have been misrepresented or are received damaged. Unfortunately, because the transaction is done completely between buyer and seller we cannot force a resolution between the parties. This is the nature of our business, and while we will try our best to help you resolve any disputes, we cannot give refunds for items purchased.
3. You may not spam others using the Pageant Resale name. You may, however, link to Pageant Resale from your personal site as long as that website is Pageant or Consignment related.
4. You are responsible for shipping items in a timely manner. If we receive reports that your items were not shipped, you will no longer be allowed to list here. Please remember that your conduct as a seller reflects on our name.
5. The $6.00 per item listing fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after items have been listed.
6. Pageant Resale is not responsible for items that do not sell, and these items will be removed from the site 6 months after they were listed.
7. We reserve the right to modify descriptions or photos as we see fit. We will do our best to keep all of the important content and details.
8. We reserve the right to change our prices, requirements, or any other aspect of the site, as we see fit, without prior notice.
9. Using our website to advertise or solicit for your own purposes is strictly prohibited.
10. One original photo must be included with each ad. Ads that are sent with only stock photos will not be listed. You may use a combination of stock and original photos. This is to assure that items are portrayed accurately.
11. We reserve the right to update or change these rules at anytime.
