How to sell items:
1. Email pageantresale@yahoo.com with photos and short descriptions of your items. Photos must be in jpeg or gif format and
attached to the email as separate files.
2. There is a $4.00 listing fee for each item. The fee can be paid by money order or PayPal. To pay with PayPal please log
into your account, click "Send money", and fill in the form with our email address - pageantresale@yahoo.com. Please contact
us by email if you plan to pay with a money order. As soon as your payment is received we will begin to post your items on the
site.
3. Send quality pictures of your items to pageantresale@yahoo.com. You must post at least one picture of each item, but
cannot post more than four per item. Your pictures should show detail and different sides of the items. The better your
pictures are the more likely you will catch a buyer's eye!
4. You must also include a short description of the items for sale. This should include sizes, fabrics, measurements, and other
important information about the item. Also, please be honest and list any flaws to avoid unhappy buyers!
5. Your items will be listed for up to one year with no additional fees! We DO NOT take a percentage of what you make when
your item sells.
6. Once a buyer contacts Pageant Resale to purchase your item, you will be notified by email with the item number and the
buyer's email address
7. It is then your responsibility to arrange for payment and shipping to the buyer.
8. Sellers are responsible for creating a Return Policy for their items. Please make this policy known to the buyer to avoid
problems.
9. After your transaction is complete we ask that you notify Pageant Resale with the item number. This is to assure that your
item is marked as SOLD on the site. Please do not forget this step as it is very hard to keep track of sold items if you do not
notify us.
10. Also, please leave feedback in our guestbook so that others can read about your experience with Pageant Resale. This
helps to add to our credibility and is important for potential buyers and sellers.
11. Another very important part of selling on this site, is communication! Pageant Resale will contact you periodically by email
with questions and potential buyers for your items. If you change your email address or do not check your email frequently we
cannot contact you with sale information. Please notify us of email address changes immediately!
